purldrop is knit and crochet clothing and accessories designed and handmade by erin weckerle. erin's background is in fine arts and she began knitting while enrolled in the painting MFA program at yale. shortly after school, erin began to obsessively practicing new stitches, and to develop her own patterns for hats, scarves, skirts, bikinis, and everything else in between. erin also owns sodafine boutique in williamsburg,brooklyn which is home to purldrop designs. one of our favorite patterns was published in debbie stoller's "stitch 'n' bitch nation" in 2004.
